I have the same issues as cayc:

My upgrade worked, but the subscription ID line is blank (i.e. no number).

Tho I rarely post, I'm on this site almost everyday. We're in R and I owe a debt of gratitude to this site and the extraordinary people who run it and contribute to it.

I am in D right now & super broke.

Can I sent in my payment along with my Christmas card as I do send in a yearly *gratitude contribution* every Xmas.

CD - From the Forums page, click on "CLICK HERE" for SImplicity. Then click on "Profile." There's a link for "View Oldest Posts"

Be sure to set aside a bit of time. It's engrossing...

I didn't scroll through the entire 5 pages of this topic (call me lazy). Sorry if these have already been answered....

I always send a check at the beginning of each year. Should I stop doing that and go to credit card from now on?

Since there is now a 'benefit' for paying, is it still tax-deductible?

And we greatly appreciate that you do that every year!! If it were me, I would use the CC method that way you get access to all your old posts along with the other benefits.

Absolutely I'll be revising the 'receipt' for everyone that has upgraded to the SImplicity and will send them out most likely in the next two weeks. Plenty of time before end of year taxes

Can I wait until January? (I guess this means no benefits until then ?)

I've heard about the auction block a few times now, but never seen it as a forum. What exactly is it, and how can I access it?

I'm sorry Chria

Joe...we will be holding an auction with goods that have been donated by some very generous members. If all goes right, it should be open to the public this week

Okay...Ummm...when did the Auction Block forum disappear? It was up there for a couple years...as was noticeable by the some mods accidentally moving threads there on a layover to the proper forum destination...

Am I the only one who didn't notice it disappeared?

I know you said using paypal would be a pain, but i'm confused because you accept paypal for donations.

I can't use a credit card, i HAVE to use paypal. THere are reasons, one being that I do not want WH to know i spent money for this, and he never goes thru the checking account but does the credit cards. I can't use my debit card because we get text messeges related to that (my doing, keeps me posted if he uses it for weird stuff)

So, what if i donate to paypal, can someone upgrade it for me then? I'll pay whatever fee paypal is charging. thanks

I changed my user name due to privacy concerns (the mods were kind enough to let me do that). If I pay for premium access, will I be able to see archived posts of other users as well (i.e. my original user name)?

Onceinalifetime...

You would have to pick which account you want the premium access to be applied to, unless you upgrade both your accounts. But with your old account, you would not be able to post under...it would be strictly 'read only' If that's the route you want to go, please let me know privately that you want your old account re-opened for reading your previous posts

Hi! I just checked my visa bill and unfortunately it says www.survivinginfidelit springs TX. I thought you should know how it is showing up on the bill. I am okay as my wh does not have online access. But others may have an issue. Don't know if that can be fixed.
