There is an article on no contact in the healing library under discovery section.
Selling and moving has to be seriously considered as I don't see how this doesn't become too toxic for you having OW on the condo board. Might be time to move closer to the grandkids for good.

Grubs, thank you. This will be very difficult for me. He has owned the condos for a long time, before he met me, so it will be hard. We go to therapy tomorrow. Maybe i will post again.

What exactly will be very difficult for you? To ask your WH to sell the condo? If you could clarify.

.... Hard for whom?
All actions have the consequences.... Inactions too.
If your WH feels truly remorseful, he should be turning the mountains to make it right.
If the material things are more important to him instead of Your well-being and healing, then this is who he really IS.
