Gently, maybe not as much as you think. That's not a condemnation. There's opportunity for growth.

After so many years of living, and 30 years of marriage I realized that there were parts of myself I didn't know, and definitely parts of my FWS neither of us knew. I know I've learned a lot since IC, and I hope my FWS has too.

IC can be transformative, but boundaries must be a part of that equation. Rugsweeping and a false sense of control will not promote that change and growth. This is my lived experience.
